Thursday Dinners started around a table that was too small.
For the last few years, we cooked in different places. A friend's kitchen. A borrowed backyard. A studio with good light and no chairs to spare.
The night always looked the same. A full table. Food passed around, not plated and forgotten. A menu built for the season, not a fixed list.
We are making it official.
What Thursday Dinners is
Thursday Dinners is a private dinner and event practice. We cook for homes, studios, gardens, and borrowed rooms. Wherever the people are, we bring the table.
That means:
- Private dinner parties for birthdays, engagements, and nights that need to happen
- Seasonal supper clubs built around what is good right now
- Family-style celebrations, where the food is part of the conversation
- Menu development and recipe testing for hosts who want to cook it themselves, with backup
- Full event production, from the table setting to the timing
Why now
We spent the last year cooking quietly for friends and friends of friends. That was the plan. Get the food right first.
The food is right. The rooms are ready. It is time to open the table.
What the first season looks like
The early bookings will be small on purpose. A handful of private dinners each month, built around your space, your guest list, and what is in season.
We would rather cook twelve dinners we are proud of than fifty we are not.
If you have been waiting for the right night, this is it. A celebration with a real menu behind it.
How to book
We are taking inquiries now for private dinners and seasonal supper clubs.
Send a booking inquiry. Tell us about your space, your date, and how many people you are feeding. We will take it from there.
Thursday Dinners.
