Full-service means we cook in your kitchen from start to finish, serve each course, and clean up before we leave. It is the format most Thursday Dinners bookings use, and it fits an occasion where the cooking and service are part of the evening.

Which one should I choose?

Full-service fits most celebrations, milestone dinners, and anything where you want the full experience of a chef in your home. Drop-off fits a simpler weeknight dinner, a smaller gathering, or a night where you want great food without hosting a chef in your space.

Can a dinner mix both?

Sometimes. Some hosts want part of the menu delivered ahead and part of it finished or served on-site. Tell us what you are picturing and we will tell you what is realistic for your night.
