We start with a conversation about how they eat. Favorite dishes, food they have never had, things they are tired of seeing on every menu. From there we build a seasonal menu around it, the same way we would for any Thursday Dinners booking.
Who ends up at the table?
Birthday dinners run smaller than most people expect. Often it is a partner and a few close friends, not a full party. There is no minimum guest count, so a birthday dinner for two works the same way as one for twelve.
Does someone still have to host?
