Thursday Dinners is a cooking project based in Chicago. We cook private dinners, seasonal supper clubs, and family-style celebrations in homes, studios, gardens, and borrowed rooms across the city.
Every menu is built around the season and the people at the table. The goal is a night that feels easy, generous, and cared for, not a performance.
What We Cook
We shop Chicago. Green City Market when it runs. Dill Pickle Food Co-op. Local Foods. A short list of butchers and fishmongers we trust.
Menus change with what's in season and what the market has that week. We plan around private dinner parties, seasonal supper clubs, family-style celebrations, menu development, tablescape direction, event production, recipe testing, and culinary consulting.
How a Booking Works
Send a booking inquiry with your date, your space, and your guest count. We reply by email to talk through the menu, the guest count, and whether you want full service or a simpler drop-off setup.
Pricing is per person and depends on the menu, the guest count, and the level of service. There's no fixed package. We put a quote together once we know what you're planning.
